Office Message system

Abstract

This project will be used as a support tool or facility to help user to deliver an important message, news, and information to different department within the organization e.g. meeting alerts, urgent message or training modules. In this way a wide group of personnel are able to keep fully informed on the issues that matter to them individually using a user’s desktop. This Office Message System will be of great benefits to staffs and lecturers in UniMAP. A research was undertaken to prepare for the development of Office Message System. The finished product is expected to be used by UniMAP staff instead of using the conventional way.
