Multipurpose calculator (Multical)
Abstract
The Multipurpose Calculator (Multical) is a calculator that can be found in souvenir
shop. The design of Multipurpose Calculator are very simply, nice looking and easily to
use. The benefit of this Multical are, apart how performing mathematical calculation
(addition, subtract, multiply and divide) it can also function as clock to show the time.
The AT89S52 IC is used to various places control the main function of this Multipurpose Calculator (Multical). While the PCF8582 IC are used to calculate accurate
time of the particular location. The “ISP Flash Microcontroller Programmer Ver 3.0” is used for interfacing and transferring the Assembly Language program to microcontroller. The software is chosen
due to its effectiveness and familiarity.
The status of this project is achieve to objective an operating on addition, subtract,
multiply and divide in mathematical operation on integer number.
