Abstract: This oven is designed to help fishermen preserve their seafood product using 'Salai' or 'Smoke' method. 'Salai' product is produced by circulating hot air with temperature usually not more than 100oC. Smoked marine product has softer and moister taste compared to dried or fried products.
Description: Mohd Sabri dan ahli kumpulannya telah memenangi pingat emas di Ekspo Rekacipta dan Pameran Penyelidikan UniMAP 2009 pada 7 Januari 2010 yang telah berlangsung di Dewan Warisan, Kangar, Perlis. Ekspo kali ini merupakan kali kedua dijalankan dengan kerjasama Jabatan Pelajaran Negeri Perlis.
