In this project, Cobalt (Ni) and Manganese (Mn) is being doped into lithium nickel phosphate (LiNiPO₄) as cathode material for lithium-ion batteries. The method used to synthesis is solid-state reaction. The characterization is observe by using X-ray diffraction (XRD), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) and Impedance Spectroscopy (IS). From observation of XRD data, there are changes in diffraction pattern as cobalt and manganese are doped into the parent composition. The surface morphology of LiNiPO₄ is determine by adding cobalt and manganese. The conductivity and resistivity of LiNiPO₄ is determine by using IS when the parent composition is doped by cobalt and manganese element.en_US
