dc.description.abstractEggs coating machine to design for user especially to SME industries. This product is designed to produce the salted eggs in 16000 pieces per day. This machine have three aspects that should be taken into consideration to implement this design; egg movement processing, egg place coating with clay and burned paddy husk. The mechanisms of this eggs coating machine is created to design by refering the methods of using Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Morphology method, Pugh’s method, Computer Aided Design and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE). This paper to study the laminar and turbulent flow of Non-Newtonian fluid of slurry and air flow of inlet boundary with particle such a paddy husk. Hence, it is necessary to study the design and power working of pump. The result of simulation can obtain of efficiency within 22.3% of return on inverstment for SMEs industries profit.en_US
