This project is about designing and development of tissue emulating liquid at 405 MHz and 2.45 GHz for Specific Absorption Rate (SAR) evaluation. The liquid has identical dielectric constants to human body tissue based on the selected frequency. The liquid is formulated using deionized water, sucrose, sodium chloride, Hydroxyethyl Cellulose and vinegar. Then, SAR evaluation is performed both via simulations and experimental in order to observe the liquid’s performance. The SAR values obtained from the experimental are 0.4085 W/kg for 405 MHz and 0.8344 W/kg for 2.45 GHz.en_US
