    Abstract
    Automated teller machine for the visually impaired is systems that are designed for the blind people. This system is implementation using speech technology and keypad as an interaction between user and system. These systems also provide voice instruction as guideline for the user to do the transaction process. The ATVL functionality like a normal ATM that used for cash withdraw, cash deposit, balance inquiry and fast withdraw. The system are developed by using Microsoft Visual studio 2013 and SQL management for the database. Every interaction between user and system are used two type technology which is keypad with Braille labeling and speech system.
