Mobile Ad-hoc Network (MANET) is a network that consisting of a set of wireless mobile nodes that connecting with each other without any centralized control or fixed infrastructure. There are some parameters that affect the performance of MANET, which are; mobility, network load and network size. In this dissertation, a measurement study is made to investigate how these parameters affect the quality of data transmission in MANET. Two evaluation experiments are designed and modelled by using OMNeT++. The two models are used to investigate and analyzed the effects of the number of nodes between the source and destination, nodes speed, and the number of users which are sending and receiving at the same time, on the performance of MANET in order to get a clear view about the suitable values for these parameters in different MANET applications with high network performance. This research shows that with using the AODV protocols, the higher PTR achieve with the 0.5kB packets size and 10mps mobility speed, which is 0.996461.en_US
