dc.description.abstract | In process to develop Small and Medium Industry sector (SMI), various creations and
machine were created. Coconut Extracting Machine was devised indirectly develops this
sector. The combination of grating and extracting machine has been choose as the project as extensive demand inside that sector. The mechanism were identified to design and the process of identifying this was done by been doing some concept and has selected according to method ‘scoring and screening’. In this project, various tools have been identified and should be reviewed to incorporate such as a motor, bearing, belt, gear, and extracting screw to drive this mechanism. Design for Assembly (DFA) also needs to use to get high quality parameter and products. The concept design will draw by using Solidwork 2009 software because the application is easy and can speed up the process of designing. Further process fabrication made to keep objective and ensure it function effectively. Various factors already considered like speed motor and belt so that it matched to specification. Project analysis should be done to study those problems would be faced after this machine used. Study of material should also used looked into so that this machine
really fulfill want of coconut milk total aspect would be produced, time and consumer
safety. In this project, motor used to carry out mill eye to grind coconut content were
elicited to coconut flesh. This coconut flesh will be compressed in system thread wringer
screw to produce a coconut milk. The time, number and amount of coconut milk have been
taken to identify and study the results of this process. | en_US |
