dc.description.abstractA design and development of vinegar plant layout and output capacities study is project to solving problem in Malaysia that no any vinegar plant of local fruit to meet the market demand and promoting our local fruits vinegar globally in foreign countries. Vinegar is a healthy product which contains nutrient and vitamin. This will ease up our body illumine system and it is considered save cost because of local fruits. Hence, to design a vinegar plant layout that suitable, the design must consider all of theoretical of layout design such as type of layout and the arrangement of physical facilities such as machinery, equipment, furniture etc. Besides that, study the manufacturing flow that involve in vinegar manufacturing and capacity of vinegar production per cycle using CPM method to calculate production time. Takt time and cycle time taken to identify cycle time of vinegar produce. From the results of the study, to produce vinegar of one cycle or 1500 liters is 10 days.en_US
