A design and development of Soap Pilot Plant and output capacity study is project to study the production flow of soap manufacturing, design plant layout of soap pilot plant and study capacity of soap per day. In producing the soap with a great amount, a pilot plant proposed to design for small industry that can produce in 500 pieces a day. The design should have the complete design from raw material mixer to the soap end shape. Study the production flow of soap is study the process of soap making. Design plant layout is to study the arrangement of equipment in soap pilot plant. Study on capacity is study how to achieve production capacity 500 pieces soap per day. The method in this project is Critical Path Method (CPM), was developed by the U.S. Navy’s Special Project Office. These techniques have proven to be so successful that either one, or some variation of them, is required for all large government projects and most industrial projects.en_US
