dc.description.abstractThis study deals with to ‘Reject reduction in fiber board corrugated manufacturing using DMAIC approach’. The purpose of this study has been to better understand how DMAIC Methodology can be applied successfully in an improvement project. A case study on DMAIC Methodology implementation has been performed at one manufacturing company at Mergong, Alor Setar, Kedah. This study involved about the defect product which produced by the company. Each step and analyses, DMAIC tool application and the results was explained and discussed. This project of continuous processes improvements are lead, from concepts to completion, through five phases called DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control). All these phase are explained on how it was implemented.en_US
