dc.description.abstract | This project present a circuit designs to change the old ignition system which use point breaker to electronic ignition system. Nowadays electrical system on vehicle become more complex and the development on engine system give an impact to the old system. It also happens to ignition system which needs to be changed this mechanical method. The
mechanical problem and frequent maintenance to this point breaker make this change
important. This project cover the concept and function of point breaker, design a trigger circuit which use 12 volt supply, to produce timing circuit which synchronize to variable engine speed, and testing to the vehicle. On this project, 4 spark plugs are considered for the implementation. This project involves simulation on computer and hardware implementation. Implementation is done by stage. | en_US |
