dc.description.abstractThe objectives of this project are to build a mobile robot platform and to implement a navigation data logging capability on the mobile robot. This project is based on 8051 microcontroller that acts as a main ‘heart’ in determine the movement of the mobile robot and also receiving data from the sensors and then translate it to a shape of distance measurement. This mobile robot with navigation data logging capability has many application and importance in industry and daily lives. In this research, the mobile robot will be finding it own way that free of obstacle after collide with that obstacle. For navigation data logging, visual basic software is used to translate data and sketch movement graph of the mobile robot. The findings in this research can be used to make other researches that are using this research as a reference.en_US
