    Abstract
The purpose of this project to learn and practice design guideline for plastic injection moulding process in design mould. There include to understand all the factor that will affect the design product example poor design will affect the time taken and especially cost will increase when the mould need to be testing or modification. These projects also give hands on experience due to service mould, where I need to service and understand all the component and function of each part. The product was design by using Catia V5, this have develop my skill by using cad design. Final task for this project is to be able to design and understand two and three plate mould.
