Knowledge capturing, organizing, and retrieving for using properly are of high demand but tough job for timebound research and development. Prominent Muslim developing countries in Asia and the Pacific region are more or less facing common challenges in managing information and knowledge. Technical approaches in libraries and information resource centres of this region are being affected due to poor human resource development programs. Slower adoption of new technologies for limitation of resources, policies and careful attention by the states are equally affecting Knowledge Management processes and development programs as well. Socially informed knowledge management (KM) systems and structures for knowledge community are promisingly important for sustainable development remains in various threats. Absence of public-private entrepreneurship with weak implementation policy and process hamper the friendly growth of Knowledge Management Commission (KMC). With due care and sharing between the east and the west, KMC can be helped exploring a balanced development in both human and technical manners leading to peace and prosperity regardless of regions, resources, castes, and civilization.
