Since nowadays people need internet access everywhere they are, mobile broadband will growing up actively. Out of the appropriate 1.8 billion publics will obligate broadband by 2012, various two-thirds will be portable broadband consumer and the mainstream of these will be obliged by High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) and Long Term Evolution (LTE) networks. In this paper, the synchronization and adaptation to improve hybrid automatic retransmission request (HARQ) functionality in downlink of 4G LTE are investigated and model is suggested on the base of the Release 9 of 4G LTE standard. After that, downlink and channel-dependent scheduling also studied. Traffic analysis will be implemented using Agilent software platform.
