In this study HA powder were obtained from natural bone. Natural HA were extrated from clean cow bone by heat treated at temperature 800c before ground into fine powder. The HA powder were mixed together with different percentage of TiO2 powder for 16 hours and continued for the next 3 hours with PEG as a binder. Dense HA were fabricated by using uniaxial pressing method with 50MPa pressure load were applied in die steel mould. After drying, sample was sintered for 3 hours at temperature 1150c -1300c (heating and cooling rate of 5c/minute). From XRD result, pure natural HA shows phase of HA from 800c up to 1150c and modulus of rupture (MOR) result indicated that the mechanical properties of specimen increased as temperature increased. From microsructure observation using SEM, pure HA specimen shows initial stages of sintering process at temperature 1150c whereas the addition of TiO2 powder show changes in microstructure evolution as temperature increased up to 1300c.
