This study was conducted to evaluate the performance of precast wall-to-wall connection, specifically using the interlocking type of connection via finite element method. LUSAS ANALYST v14, a finite element analysis software were used to solve the structural element of precast wall to wall connection. The precast wall were modelled according to Liuzhou Jiete Building Material company together with its own interlocking specification with the size of 125mm x 1000mm x 600 mm (thickness x height x width) using the grade C30 Concrete. Material properties such as Young’s Modulus were calculated and the load were imposed at top of the wall by the incremental lateral displacement up to 100 kN. The result in term of maximum stress, strain and deformation were used to analyze the performance of the precast wall-to-wall connection. From these result, the capacity curve that show the ultimate support reaction were shown up to 100mm displacement on 100 kN lateral displacement load.en_US
