dc.description.abstract | 'Learning in a Changing World’, second edition of the book series ‘International Languages and Knowledge’, addresses and explores dynamism of language learning and teaching through theoretical, empirical and conceptual constructs in the educational environments of Malaysia, Indonesia, India, Iraq, Brunei and The Philippines.
The publication consists of seven chapters. It highlights issues contesting various areas of language learning and teaching which address and are not limited to second language acquisition, language assessment and evaluation, language learning and use, language use in social media, language borrowings and language teaching. The methodological and conceptual discussion in this publication brings novelty in the systematic treatment of language learning and teaching while contributing to understand and conceptualise the complexity of language and knowledge in the academic contexts of the mentioned countries. | en_US |
