Sick building syndrome is one of effect when IEQ is not implemented correctly to the building .In Malaysia the awareness on this green building concept is still less. One of the reason is the material for built the entire building is slightly increase compared to the any other commercial building. However the maintenance for green building concept and operational cost is less. Green building is a type of environmental friendly mankind and its less pollutant to other. Law in Malaysia does not require the developer to enforce the green building approach into consideration while designing the building.
