This study was conducted to determine the flexural strength of normal concrete in combination with recycled concrete. Use of recycled concrete in this study to replace the volume of aggregates using a different percentage rate of 0 % for normal concrete, 30 % and 50 % for concrete recycling. To achieve the three objectives outlined in this study is the first to determine the flexural strength of concrete modified using recycled aggregate concrete with different percentages and high strength rebar, both to compare the strength of a modified reinforced concrete and reinforced concrete and the last is to determine whether the modified reinforced concrete can be used in the construction industry of Malaysia. In an effort to assess whether the concrete with recycled aggregate can be used for concrete structures, reinforced flexural loading test recycled concrete members was conducted. Recycling of recycled coarse aggregates was produced from reinforced concrete beam members. Properties of concrete with recycled aggregates, such as strength, Young's modulus, shrinkage, creep and shrinkage due to pressure depends on a combination of natural and recycled aggregate was carried out by using the flexural strength tests on the sample beam. Specimens used in this study using a mold 200 mm x300 mm x1200 mm. The results obtained showed that 50 % recycled concrete has great potential for use in the construction industry in Malaysia as well as to reduce the waste of construction waste that pollute and disfigure the environment.en_US
