Abstract: The Automotive Research Group has designed a new engine CNGDI direct injection of gas into the combustion chamber is an important initiative of the automotive industry. In addition, in the design of an automotive engine, the engine structure is among the most complicated part that characterizes the type of the engine, and modern tools and numerical techniques are required to simulate the combustion process in the cylinder engine, as well as to minimize production cost. The investigation was required to be investigating the performance of the engine. The results were required from the experimental to obtain the characteristics of the engine to increase power with certain injection, ignition timing and engine speed. The performance study needs to be done on the designed engine to test also the exhaust emission that reduction of a pollutant can be justified.
