| Abstract: | This machine is designed to help fishermen to preserve their marine product using 'Salai' or 'Smoke' method. 'Salai" product is produced by using circulated hot air with temperature usually not more than 100oC. Smoked marine product has softer and moister taste compared to dried or fried products. |
