The preliminary research work conducted has produced satisfactory result, in which the system is being designed with an accumulator and chamber so that it can be used as the primary cooling system to save electricity consumption up to 70% as compared to the conventional cooling system available in our country. Therefore, an underground evacuation system with complete chamber and control system is to be developed to cater human cooling comfort zone. To make this underground cooling evacuation function, an investigation on underground temperature of certain depth has been carried out extensively to provide valuable and most reliable data before any further related work is initialized. Through a very ‘tedious and expensive’ methodology, the temperature of five different depths has been traced and proves that the human comfort zone has been achieved. This paper shows the preliminary work subjected to the design of the novel cooling system to be.en_US
