dc.description.abstractThis paper gives a detail formalism and analysis for polarization switching in oscillatory dynamical systems for bulk first-order ferroelectric (FE) phase transition on the basis of Kolmogorov-Avrami (KA) model. We are using Landau-Khalatnikov (LK) equation of motion to describe the behavior of polarization and current switching.en_US
