dc.description.abstractA trend where technologies produce results and gives huge advantage to the medical field in terms of time and space. In order to satisfy the demand, a system is build based on Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) connecting with database for patient history. This system implements both hardware and software to ensure the system is at its best. The main components of hardwares in used are MFRC522 reader, RFID card, and Arduino. The softwares used are MySQL and Netbeans.The result is represented in web pages by using GlassFish server in Netbeans. All of the softwares are open sources software which is free. This project will benefit the medical personnel whenthe potentials are expanded.en_US
