dc.description.abstractThe safety aspect is very important in construction projects. Any construction projects such as the installation of precast concrete will accident if they are not concerned about safety aspect during the process of making the work as helmet, gloves and shoes. The goal of the project aims to find ways to avoid hazards and accidents to employees at the workplace, to identify the machines and equipment installed / used safely for workers and environmental conditions as well as provides recommendations for employees to follow instructions and installation of precast concrete in a way that correct. All the interviews and research conducted at the contractors and consultants around Selangor, registered as grade 3 to grade 7 with the Construction Industry Development Board (CIDB). The results show that most accidents occur during the factor at work is due to workers. In addition, there are several modules and books, which can be used as a reference for the installation of precast concrete as well as in safety aspects. In conclusion, the introduction of a module or a book as a reference to all employees, and provide training for the installation of precast concrete and enhance the level of safety at work.en_US
