Microneedle is one of many micro fabricated products that can give a great impact in medical application around the world. These devices are designed with two purposes. The first is as a drug delivery to the patient and the second purpose is for blood extraction from the patient for biosampling. The work presented here are about the design and analysis process to design two different forms of microneedle which are octagonal and square base of pyramidal-shaped for drug delivery system. At the moment, microneedles are mainly used for biological fluidic extraction and drug delivery on skin. The advantage of microneedle structures is the increase of the permeability of the skin, which increases the delivery of drugs dramatically without feel any pain.en_US
