Estimation of the expense and adjustment of the operating systems for automatic machine tools today is complicated, and in numerous cases, an unresolved trouble. The majority of the equations for scheme the optimal machining processes with the modifications in operating modes consider the change of machining mode by using the maximum productivity rate. These equations do not reflect changes in the cost due to the changes in the failure of cutters with the change in operating mode. In manufacturing areas, it is necessary to have mathematical dependency of the cost of machine tools on the function of change in machining modes. In some cases of marketing environments, the minimum cost is preferable than the largest productivity of the machining process. The current paper has detected a new analytical dependency of the cost for automatic machine tools that includes the changes in the failure of cutters with the change in operating modes.
