Microfluidic technology has been given the contribution in biomedical and chemistry. The testing and diagnosis on bio-reagents has the efficiency increased through the implementation of microfluidic technology, such as lab on chip device. This biochip device is designed to run testing for biochemical testing fluids like genomic, proteomic and pharmaceutical tests. Upon injection, the automation for the testing and diagnosis is enabled through this device. Polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) is the main material for this device. This paper briefs the introduction of lab on chip device and its advantages and recites the microfabrication and characterization of microfluidic lab on chip product for the application of micromixer and microchamber.en_US
