dc.description.abstract | In biometric research program, the gait recognition is focusing to achieve great recognition for several purposes such as surveillance, machine interfaces, video conferences, security system and others systems. In this paper, mainly focus on silhouette extraction method for gait recognition purpose. We have explained in details about to get exact silhouette and effect of the silhouette. Especially, we described details about silhouette extraction, shadow removal, color space analysis, morphological analysis and background update. We have achieved perfect silhouette after applying our extracting method. | en_US |
