dc.description.abstractEpstein test is well known method to test the specific total loss in magnetic material. Epstein test procedures are complicated as well as destructive test. Therefore, the Iron Loss Tester is an alternative test and can be use in Incoming Quality Assurance (IQA) check. This paper demonstrates the Iron Loss Tester in application of IQA check. In addition, this paper also shows the statistic comparison analysis for Epstein and Iron Loss Tester. Furthermore, together with statistic distribution analysis, this paper illustrates the capabilities of Iron Loss Tester in testing electrical steel.en_US
