    Abstract
The ever increasing demand of the raw material and depletion of natural stock necessitates the cultivation of commercially important seaweeds like Gracilaria changii while fishes like Nile Talapia, are an important source of relatively cheap animal protein for the people in the developing countries in Asia thus fisheries and aquaculture of these food fishes must be sustained. Integrated Aquaculture, defined as integration of aquaculture and agriculture, aims at developing integrated aquaculture that provides the irrigation industry with practical and sensible opportunities for diversification into aquaculture. In this present work, an integrated fish-seaweed farming is studied in order to access the recycle of nutrients from fish excrement by seaweed by means of balancing the nutrient flow with an array of chemical sensors.
