dc.description.abstractThis paper studies the implementation of MP3 decoder in general and focuses particularly on the antialias block. The main aim of this paper is to improve the overall performance of the MP3 decoder by enhancing the multiplication done inside the antialias block. This is achieved by choosing a particular multiplier which gives more accurate and efficient multiplication result. Explanation of the proposed multiplier is shown in this paper. RTL (Register Transfer Level), simulation, and synthesis are done using Synopsys Tools.en_US
