dc.description.abstractSteganography is the practice of concealing secret information inside carrier file without any notice about their existence. The word steganography combines the Ancient Greek words steganos, meaning "covered, concealed, or protected" and graphein meaning "writing". Steganography is a solution for transferring secret information or any kind of data that are confidential to other person. In this project, steganography is focusing on audio file with is a carrier file for transferring data to other person. The basic technique approach for this audio steganography project is by using least significant bits method for encryption and decryption process. The type of audio carrier file that used for this steganography is wave file format which is a subnet of Microsoft’s RIFF (Resource Interchange File Format) specification for storing data files. This project is developed using Microsoft Visual Studio C# 2010 Express Editions as platform for this audio steganography.en_US
