Screening and investigation of indigenous bacteria from rubber industrial wastewater was carried out. Rubber industrial wastewater bacterial were isolated from rubber glove manufacturing industrial wastewater treatment plant. Seventeen isolates had been purified and then grown on nutrient agar with temperature 35 oC. Bacteria growth shown the log phase of bacteria is the first 24 hours and the exponential phase was the second day which is after 24 hours to 48 hours. The stationary phase is third day which is after 48 hours to 72 hours and the death phase started after 72 hours which is after four days. 72 hours. Bacterial morphology then were identified through identification such as gram staining and motility. After laboratory tests, it was found that out of 17 isolates, 9 strains were Gram positive and 8 strains were Gram negative; rod shaped bacterial is 11 out of 17 while cocci shaped bacterial is 6; eleven gliding-bacteria were found, 3 flagellated bacteria and 3 non-motile bacterial were found. Expected genus included Staphylcoccus, Escherichia, Thiobacillus, Arthrobacter and so on.en_US
