| dc.description.abstract | The design and development of fluorescent lamp changer is purpose to ease people when
they want to change the old fluorescent lamp. Therefore, it will eliminate the using of
ladder or scaffolds. So that it will reduce energy needed when they want to change the
fluorescent lamp. With invention of this fluorescent lamp changer will lowering risk to the
people to get injury. The designation of the fluorescent lamp changer is based on the design
