dc.description.abstractThis oven is designed to help fishermen preserve their seafood product using 'Salai' or 'Smoke' method. 'Salai' product is produced by circulating hot air with temperature usually not more than 100oC. Smoked marine product has softer and moister taste compared to dried or fried products.en_US
