    Abstract
The studies of the fabrication of Heparin Imprinted Fiber membrane using Electrospinning was presented and investigated. This studies is about electrospinning method use to produce membrane from Polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) sample. Electrospinning is a new technique to prepare and produce polymer membrane. The sample of PVDF needs to mixed into Acetone and Dimethylfluorine (DMF) with certain ratio. The mixing need to stir for 3 hours at 600C temperature. The solution was mixed with MIP or NIP in Dichloromethane (DCM) for 2hours at room temperature before undergo electrospinning. The parameter changes for electrospinning process are concentration of polymer solution and applied voltage. The samples that undergo electrospinning will characterize by using Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM). SEM is functional to see the morphology analysis of membrane. Fourier Transform Spectroscopy (FTIR) was use determine the surface of functional group of MIM and NIM membranes. From, Thermogravimetric Analysis (TGA), the changes in chemical and physical properties of the membranes was expected. The Batch Binding analysis was investigated by using Varian Cary 50 UV-Visible Spectrophotometer at wavelength 250 nm towards MIM and NIM. The analysis show that the MIM absorbance and amount of template rebound (Qaverage) was higher than NIM. The standard calibration curve was used as guide to compare both of samples
