dc.description.abstract | Onion is the important cooking ingredients in the world of cook. Each type of
onion have a slice of peel. The current of method to peel a onion is by a traditional
method. There are have many effect when use a traditional method such as using by a
hand and knife. By using this traditional method, the probability to injured such as
sore eyes and hand pain are too high. Beside that the process also take a long time if
the user need to peel in the large quantities. The development of onion peeling
machine are need to achieve the objective such as increasing the safety, save time and
energy of human. The method of used in this project in fabricate this machine is by
analyse source of information data and apply it knowledge in fabricate the onion
peeling machine. The method of design are generate with followed the engineering
design guided. After made a best final design selection of machine the used a 3D
drawing is important in over viewing the real design. The fabricating phases are
important with a safety and fully knowledge of manufacturing process as to convert
raw material into the product. Other than that, the machine needs to analyse. The
analyses are using a FEA for structural analyse and ANSYS for flow analysis. After
getting the results, machine need to be run as a several experiment. This phase will
determine the machine prototype will achieve the objective or instead. | en_US |
