dc.description.abstract | The purpose and goal of this final year project is to study the design of dustless smoke box for food industry. Nowadays, smoke box are exposed into the uncontrolled dust that can cause the healthy problem to those who consume the smoked food. Thus, the objective of this final year project is to design a complete smoke box which could produce smoked food in a controllable dustless and hygienic environment. The process of air flow of the pressure, temperature outside and inside the smoke box is being researched. The design of dustless smoke box are selected by using the screening and scoring concept and parameter research then carried out by using the design software named CATIA. In conclusion, the objective of this project is achieved and the industries can produce a healthier smoke box. | en_US |
