The main framework of Islamic entrepreneurship refers to human relations with Allah SWT and fellow human beings (hablun min al-Allah hablun min al-Nas). This dimension makes the concept of Islamic entrepreneurship different from the activity (entrepreneurship) and as well as the perpetrators (entrepreneurs). An important factor in entrepreneurial activity is the entrepreneur itself. Hence, the spiritual element is an important aspect that affects one's thinking and actions in entrepreneurial activity. Spirituality studies in the context of entrepreneurship are significant in the effort of empowering the development of current Muslim entrepreneurs. This study focuses on five (5) spiritual characteristics using questionnaire to 80 randomly selected entrepreneurs in order to measure its level and the relevance of the motivation (need for achievement) in entrepreneurship. The findings show that the characteristics of confidence, simple, surrendered after trying, practices and values have a positive influence on the motivation of entrepreneurs with average mean (5.3, 4.0, 3.9, 5.3, 4.7). On the other hand, based on [Multiple Linear Regression (MLR)] relationship analysis, the aspects of morality have the most significant relationship with motivation that prove obligatory act and manners or ethics of Islam is also an important contributor to motivation of entrepreneurship.
