dc.description.abstract | Online management system is a system that greatly help the user. The users might be
customer or student where it ease them in giving response or complaint via online by using their own personal device. With this kind of system, it does not only makes thing easier but it also save lots of costs. By complaining through a manual system, it is costly where the need of paper and copying the complaint paper is essential. Unlike the online system, it can be access anywhere as long as the user are connected into the internet. Besides that, it is
more effective and it can be made as an evidence if there is misunderstanding between the complainer and the complaint receiver. In order to make an online system, there are several component needed which is the operating system, server and the hardware. All this component is used by the host machine. For the server, it needs several element as well such as the domain server, operating system and a software namely Putty. All those are needed
