    Abstract
Subcarrier Multiplexing (SCM) is an electrical radio frequency that actually can transmit the signals via wireless network in low bit rate. On the other hands, Wavelength Division Multiplexing (WDM) is a technique where optical signals with different wavelengths are combined, transmitted together, and separated again. It is mostly used for optical fiber communications to transmit data in several (or even many) channels with slightly different wavelengths. FSO is the medium to transmit the data. Thus, in this work, it is to study and analyze the performance analysis of a hybrid Subcarrier Multiplexing hybrid with Wavelength Division Multiplexing in Free Space Optical transmission system. In order to investigate the performance, Optisystem software is used to run the simulation. The performance is based on Bit Error Rate (BER) and eye diagram. From the result, it can be concluded that 6 SCM and 6 WDM is implemented in this simulation.. In order to get the best result for receiver signal, APD (Avalanche Photodiode) is suggested to replace the PIN (Positive, Intrinsic, Negative) because APD has sensitivity of light compared to PIN. The distance that signal can transmit is 0.2 Km Furthermore, there will be less attenuation, noise, and distortion.
