The ACE (Engineering Centre Communication) has established point to point/multipoint communication operating at 5.8 GHz as well as providing wifi swices at 2.4 GHz. In this thesis, signal strength of 2.4 GHz and 5.8 GHz has been measured at certain ranges according to the phenomena of the system in Unicity Campus. It is found that the signal strength will be reduced as the signal increased. Distance and height will be applied to measure the signal strength for both operating frequency of 5.8 GHz and 2.4 GHz. The distance is 2m, 4m, 6m, 10m and 15 m and for the height is 2m and 4m. The surrounding and environmental situations effects much on the signal strength of the point to point communication system. The signals varies day when environmental situations changed, for example day, rainy, haze, hot, day and night. Hence, the routine reading of due system day, night and evening is compulsory to be analyzed in order to verify the purpose of the system.en_US
