The paper deals with the design guidelines for motor of three phase an AC Induction Motor. This project is focus on design the stator frame. The objective is to reduce the losses cause by heating inside the motor and in the same time can increase the efficiency of induction motor. The part of stator design such as stator core, stator winding and the terminal box connection, is the important to understand in way to develop the impressive motor. In this project, the calculation must be measured to analysis the design of the stator and followed with design the stator into the software and apply the related technique to develop the stator. All of the idea from other people and method apply in the project is being discussed in chapter two and chapter three. The related parameter for induction motor can be determined using no-load test, block rotor test and dc resistance test. These motor is tested using no load, block rotor test and dc resistance test to obtain the losses and the efficiency. The result from the related test is being discussed in the chapter four and followed by conclusion for this project in chapter five.en_US
