It is essential to have motivated and hardworking workers towards the success of organization. However, amid to achieve this goal, stress frequently attacks the industrial workers due to numerous reasons. This article discusses a few factors that may lead to stress among employees in a Fibreboard Factory. Emphasis was placed on leadership of organization, social interaction, culture of organization, load of work and working environment. The data collected from 83 respondents was tested and analyzed by using Pearson Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression Analysis. The result of Pearson Correlation Analysis showed that there is a significant effect of stress due to the load of work among employees. This result was also proved by Multiple Regression Analysis whereby value of Load of work with Beta = 0.326 and value of ‘p’ = 0.013 (p<0.05). Thus, the outcome of the survey has suggested that the organization must take certain actions and be firmed and committed to balance the business sustainability and employee needs for the improvement and betterment of the organization. Additionally, the management should provide an appropriate training to their employees in line with the development of modern technology in order to enhance their skills.en_US
