E techniques have in recent years, become increasingly popular in plastic injection molding. However, in most practices, either molding parameters are not optimized or the optimization techniques are too complex to use. Previously, the engineers used trial and error methods which depend on their experience to determine the optimum injection molding process parameter. This paper were discussed a concurrent problem solving method in mold flow analysis that is fully automatic approach of integrated injection molding parameter optimization and simulation to plastic injection molding problems. A working method has been developed based on the Taguchi method and analyzed by ANOVA by using the Microsoft Excel. This system was completed with all the information needed from the analysis of MPI that will be use by the engineers as a guide about the parameter that affect the product quality, graphs and others. This method was tested based on the study of the thin shell plastic part quality in the plastic injection molding.en_US
