By 2013, all the secondary vocational schools
(SVS) will be upgraded to Vocational Colleges (VC) in the attempt to increase the numbers of skilled workforce in the country. This study is conducted in order to identify
the level of teachers' acceptance on the implementation of this reformation. The level of teachers' acceptance has been reviewed in terms of teacher attitudes and skills.. A
set of questionnaires were used as research instrument and the data obtained from questionaires have been analyzed using Winsteps 3.69.1.11 program to do Racsh
Model Analysis.. The findings of this study shows that (a) the value of score mean for the level of teachers’ acceptance in term of teachers’ attitude is high, (b) the value of score mean for the level of teachers’ acceptance in term of teachers’ skill is high, (c) there are significant differences (p < 0.05) in the level of teachers' acceptance in term of teachers’ attitude based on teachers’ service period, (d) there are significant differences (p < 0.05) in
the level of teachers' acceptance in term of teachers’ skill based on teachers’ service period. The findings from this research could be utilized as references for school
administrators in assessing the level of teachers’ acceptance toward the implementation of VC in term of teachers’ attitudes and skills to ensure the smooth
implementation in order to achieve the goal.
